Ask any streetwear-savvy German teen – they know Fast Forward. With around 16 stores across Germany, this multi-brand fashion seller covers the better half of the map. We still remember pressing our noses against the window as kids, pocket money falling well short of those fresh sneakers. So when Fast Forward showed up with their half-built shop and asked for help, they knocked our socks off. We shipped a slick shop and the marketing to match.

Shopware for a streetwear seller
Fast Forward came to us with a half-built shop. The previous agency had failed to get Payone connected – and on top of that, they'd written all their changes directly into the core code with no child theme. Every update blew the whole thing up. So we rebuilt the Shopware shop from scratch. For the launch, it had to look sharp and run properly. We migrated their prehistoric pre-ecommerce content from the old Joomla site across to Shopware's Shopping Experiences. And we still look after the Fast Forward team today – technical questions, changes, updates, and custom Shopware extensions. The works.
Performance Marketing
Custom Google Data Studio dashboard for total control
For Fast Forward's performance marketing, we built a custom Google Data Studio dashboard that pulls data from every marketing channel into one place. Reporting gets a lot simpler. Fresh and actionable data every single day. All channels pour cleanly into one customizable reporting dashboard. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook, Google Merchant Center – working together to provide instant insights, sharp and readable at a glance.
The data merge means stock levels from Google Merchant Center show up right in the dashboard, automatically flagging which products to focus on based on what's in stock. Data-driven product clustering tells us which products fall into which ad performance categories. The result: a flexible, fact-based system with strategic value. Marketing at its best.
