Ever since we started working with Cosyworld, we’ve been even more relaxed in the home office. The Berlin-based start-up came to us with the electric mattress lift “CosyLift” – a genuine world first in the industry – right in the middle of their rebranding and launch process.

The previous team had run out of original ideas, and progress had stalled. So we picked up the half-finished rebrand, improved it, and got it over the line. We built a Shopware 6 shop with that signature Knorke design and ran the launch in parallel – including content production for social media and the webshop.

But we didn’t stop there: sales materials (pitch deck, pitch video, email design, roll-up banners for trade shows, mailings, online style guide), packaging, and the instruction manual – all designed and delivered by us.

CosyLift was the perfect project to let our 360° setup shine bright. We hoisted Cosyworld into the media and onto TV – and helped them hit a seven-figure annual revenue in year one.

Getting cosy with Cosyworld

An international shop for a worldwide novelty


We took the “World” in “Cosyworld” seriously – and didn’t just translate a few terms and slogans. All copy and headlines were translated by real Knorke native speakers for the international webshop (which we also built, naturally), covering English, French, and Dutch.

Speaking of language: one of the big challenges when marketing a product that’s genuinely never existed before is that existing categories and keywords only get you so far. That’s why we developed and strategically chose the term “mattress lift.”

We also went with the admittedly un-catchy slogan “Makes any bed electrically adjustable” as the main advertising message – because when you’re launching something entirely new, clarity beats cleverness.

Reporting with a custom marketplace interface

Every sales channel in one custom dashboard


To keep everything in the Cosyworld running smoothly, we built a custom dashboard in Looker (formerly Google Data Studio). In this purpose-built “data hub,” information from every sales and marketing channel comes together in one place. Online shop data, marketplace figures from Otto and Amazon, social media metrics – it’s all visible at a glance and ready to be analysed. The result: a steering tool built from scratch that lets the team identify what’s working across every channel and act on it the same day.

Print, social media, TV, and digital advertising

CosyLift in the media


SEO, SEA, and social media ads are the backbone of any online marketing effort. But for the CosyLift market launch, we went a few extra miles. On social media, we partnered with a range of influencers, who produced user-generated content (UGC) for us and more.

On top of that, we got the PR engine running. The result: online features and product reviews on t3n, Men’s Health, hypesrus, and many more introduced the product to a much wider audience. We reached vastly diverse target groups: parents, gamers, students, tech enthusiasts, the list goes on. That’s how we shook the dust off the mattress lift category.

Thanks to our connection with TheLatest, people could even test the product in person at their store on Ku’damm, Berlin’s most exclusive shopping mile. And CosyLift went live on TV, too: ARD, Pro7, Sat1, Kabel1, and Sixx all aired the CosyLift commercial. That’s what a proper launch looks like – a perfect combination of performance, awareness, social media marketing, and PR.

Print design à la Knorke


As a proper 360° agency, we naturally handled the print design for this brand-new product alongside development, marketing, and PR. From packaging to roll-up banners to the instruction manual – everything was designed cohesively in the Cosyworld corporate identity, which – you guessed it – also came from Knorke. Because we only rest well with a snug print design.
