In Berlin, we do things our own way – unconventional, but it works. Same goes for virtualQ, who came to us with a proper challenge: a full website relaunch. New design, English language version, and a bunch of extra features stacked on top. They had one clear requirement – Elementor as the page builder for the new site. VirtualQ is no small player – phone software that takes the pain out of hold queues. Their clients are major call centres and corporates like banks and insurance companies.

We rolled up our sleeves and got stuck in. First up: a brand-new design that makes virtualQ's brand shine as it should. Then we built a fresh WordPress site and migrated all existing content across. But we didn't stop there. We ran Elementor training for the team and hooked everything up to HubSpot. That way, we enabled the virtualQ crew to handle the platform efficiently on their own. This was one of our biggest WordPress projects to date.

What we shipped goes way beyond a website. It's a platform that helps virtualQ do what they do best: build real, lasting connections with their customers. With the new site and fresh features in place, they can push their already wild reach – over 750 million minutes of saved hold time – even further. The relaunch cemented virtualQ's position as a go-to name in customer service. And us? We stayed grounded, Berlin-style, and cracked on to the next one.
